Casey County Baptist Associational Mission :

Our mission is to encourage and equip our churches to work together more effectively to fulfill the Great Commission in Casey County, Kentucky and around the world.

Purpose and Mission Statement!

“Commitment means staying loyal to what you said you were going to do long after the mood you said it in has left you.”

Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. ~James 1:16-17

Casey County Baptist Association (CCBA) has been serving the community since 2005. In the following years we have provided the community with clothing items from our Clothes Closet, a Mission Center, a Hispanic Church. Our sister churches offer a wide Varity of services also for homes and persons. We would like to invite you to one the churches, you will find a listing of our churches along with the Pastors, addresses, web pages and contact names. Below is a short history of how our association started.

The South District Association formed in 1785 and included Baptist churches from Boyle, Casey, Garrard, Marion, and Washington counties. In 2005, the Casey County Baptist Association was reorganized and became it's own association for the first time in over 200 years. At that time, the office began operating out of the back of one of the 12 churches in the association.

One of the churches closed and the remaining members voted to donate the church building, the parsonage, the kitchen/classroom building, and all the surrounding land to the CCBA to be used as needed. So, in 2008, the Casey County Baptist Mission Center opened it's doors. The church building is now used for a Hispanic church, among other things, Our Clothes Closet is housed in the former kitchen/classroom building, and the parsonage is home to the CCBA's Office and includes room for visiting missionaries. Plans are in the works to add more buildings, possibly creating a camp for local churches to use. The CCBA's members are excited as the organization continues to grow and expand we can hardly wait to see how God will use us to further impact our county, state and the world .

Galatians 5:22-25 (KJV) -"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."
